   Warheads were automatically cool points +100 when I was in elementary school. I probably haven’t had them in 10 years, maybe I’ll pick these up if I see them sometime.

   I like the idea of a junior size in a plastic tube. But then again, I’m a sucker for any candy in packaging that makes it appear more valuable than it actually is.

   Warheads make me mad because they are not sour all the way through.  I feel ripped off when the sour goes away and all that’s left is a boring old sweet candy.  Your reference to its’ being a sourball inside sounds more my speed.  I’ll have to check it out!

   Watermelon Warheads were one of the first pieces of American candy I bought over the Net. They were included in the package I got using Christmas money about 3 years ago. Of course I’d had various bits and pieces before on family trips to the States, but this was my first solo venture into the world of online candy buying. Happy days, simpler times.

   It’s the exact opposite for me, Julia. I can’t imagine a Warhead being sour all the way through. I love my plain ol’ watermelon Warheads that are so yummy I sometimes wash the sour off in the sink because I’m actually a big wussy underneath.

   I have to say, Watermelon is probably my favorite flavor of all time and I have certainly caused substantial mouth irritation over the years.

   Julilla - I know what you mean about it not being sour all the way through - but then again, I don’t know if I could stand a large one sour all the way. But the little ones could probably stand it.

   But like GTO & NB - the centers are actually flavorful, unlike Lemonheads which are just sweet.

   Ace - at least the packaging allows me to save some for later. 8 in a row is my limit before tongue damage.

   Which is the most sour candy? As an adult, I don’t like candy or chocolate, but I love sour stuff. Sour Patch Kids are for wimps!

   I have had Mega Warheads, but what is the difference between Mega Warheads and Extreme Warheads? A candy store person said to also try Toxic Waste as a sour treat. Has anyone tried it in comparison or can you recommend anything else?

   Super Lemons are pretty good. They are kind of like lemon Warheads. You can buy them at pretty much any asian grocery/supermarket- best place to look is in Chinatown. Apparently they also make Super Cola, but I’ve never tried those, and I’m not sure how good sour cola would taste. Have you tried Warhead aour liquid candy drops or their super sour spray? Those are all about the sour candy and hardly about the sour taste. Try the TooTarts sour liquid/goo candy too. I love sour candies, so I can tolerate this level of sour, but they are very sour.

   God, I loved these.  I loved my way into a root canal and an ulcer.  Then after that I realized I had to give them up.  My cravings for sour were channeled into cravings for spicy.  Then I got another ulcer.  For a while I didn’t want to eat anything, but that doesn’t work.  Now I’m a chocolate freak.

   Maybe I should seek help.

    I just finished my JUNIORS. And I’m craving for somemore already ! The thrill is there when the sour taste activates your salivary glands and then you feel like getting it out of your mouth, but at the same time not wanting to do so. Haha, there was once when I ate 5, with intervals of1-2 mins between each one. Oh crap, the biting sensation on your tongue can get really uncomfotable.

    I Love every warhead product that I have tasted.
    From the Liquid to the extremly sour hard candy.
    One time I put 10 extreme sour warheads in my
    mouth it was so sour, but soooo good. WARHEADS are the best candy in the world.I do not know why people are wasting their time eating chocolate, spicy, and other non-sour candies.
    Impact Confections keep making warheads.

    I Love Warheads, I am currently eating a pack of Warheads Juniors Extreme Sour now. I just put 5 in my mouth at once AHHH!!!! Damn thats strong, good thing I have some coke 2 wash it down. But my tounge is irritated and so are my cheek, very acidic.

    Warheads are theeee best sour candy in the world. They satisfy any sour fiend’s craving with just one lick…sorta. yeah its that amazing. i had more to type but im not sure if i want ppl to see my thoughts or maybe i just forgot…yea thats probably it. have a nice life

    i had warheads for the first time yesterday since fourth grade (im in 11th grade now). But my little sister ate too many and got a tounge burn which she still has. does anyone know how to get rid of that?

    Hey. ok, me and my friends had a contest to see who could eat the most warheads. well we all ate 26, at once.  and our toungues were bleeding, and we cant taste anything.  this is the day after it happened.  how can we fix this??? help! this really sucks man!!

    hadnt had warheads in a long time. picked them up the other day, thought maybe i wuld be able to stand the sourness better than years before. turns out i bought the extreme warheads and after 4 i have a very raw, red patch inthe center of my tongue that i could tate blood from the day after and was tender to anything going into my mouth. now, 4 days later its healing but the burnt tastebuds are still visible. man, those candies are good.

    We used to get warheads on the way home from school. I remember the first time I had one, I thought I was going to die. But now I love them, though if I eat too many I get sore mouth…

    when you put a warhead in an alcholic drink no matter how strong it is…you cant taste the alchohol. ...its really wierd..

    Warheads are really good, execpt when they start to mess up your tong. Mine is getting really annoying and not sure how long it takes to go away. Does anyone know? The little red dots on my tong are not fun.

    Oh my. My friend at two bags of warheads in just one day. And now his tounge is white. And my other friend has red dots all over her tounge. And she keeps eating them along with white-tounge friend. I love them sooo much, but I stopped because of them. Trust me it is hard. But,it is slowly going away its been weeks, but, he loves them. I just ate one, and now I can’t stop. They are to die for! (:

    I love warheads and all sour candies, I dont know why I love sour candy so much I’ve never cared for sweet candy other than chocolate. I once opened an entire pack of assorted flavored warheads and ate all of them at once, my teeth hurt for the rest of the day and I had juices oozing off of my tongue.

    I went and bought some in the bulk section. Got a whole bunch of them in every flavor bc I love them all. Well i can do like 6 or so at a time before my tongue gets raw. then I wait a day and can eat about 4-5 more.  Then I have to skip a day. Well after that…a layer off my tongue was coming off. I could just pull it off. After it was gone I tried 3 more. Big mistake..it hurt so bad and then bled. Well now it hurts to even eat. But I love em. I need a nice break before eating anymore.

    warheads are my childhood candy memory i have always eaten them and still get tongue numbed.actualy its alot easyer if you just buy the reguler package of warheads extreme sours because there indivisualy packaged.i wouldnt agree too the sour being all the way through but too last longer than 3 seconds.thanks for you’re review and you’re right on with the sour meter and tastes.(p.s never buy the chewy ones there not very sour)

    Well I used to love warheads. My tongue looks like someone took a knife and sliced it all up and down because of this candy. I was dared in church at the age of 16 to eat 12 at once.  Well to make a long story short; my tongue started bleeding pretty bad and I had to run out of church.  It didn’t hurt but my tongue was sore for days.  I still love them but I’ll never do that again.  Shame on me once.  Now I don’t have the best taste buds because of it.  It sucks but I live with it.

    i deffintaly like lemon the best black cherry is good 2 but i lik lemon i also press them to the room of my mouth when there sour so now my roof of my mouth is like orangle with white spots i also have a sour thorat thats only with the jr warheads cuz if i eat the big ones (im obsessed with them) my mouth will change colors i ate a whole pack before in a half hour i have permant damage to my tastebuds you guys need to try theese disolveable sodas search lemon lime sprint and u will see all the flavors u have to mention there dissolvable so type dissovable soda lemon lime sprint

    i had a warhead war last night, put 8 in my mouth at once. after alot of drool, sweat, and tears, i managed to keep em in my mouth for quite some time. my teeth felt like they were coated with sooo much sugar. now today my teeth feel raw, i couldnt even eat my cereal this morning, and they’re super sensitive. im pissed.

    I love this candy and I would think there would be more info, which is what I am recommending for the creator of this website is that they add maybe a bit more information on her like crazy stories like how it was made.

    I know that warheads can make your tongue raw, but I can still suck on them. Although, I end up usually throwing away the candy after the sour is gone because to me the candy underneath the sour is too sweet. I have tried their candy canes and I LOVED them. The sour lasts the entire time I’m eating them. I got them for Christmas and it took everything I had to stretch the package to two days so I wouldn’t eat it all in one day.
