Photo Friday: Eat with Your Eyes

I have more candy than I eat. I eat more candy than I photograph. I photograph more candy than I review.

Godiva

After the holidays my boss gave me a box of Godiva chocolates that she didn’t want (she gets a lot of candy from vendors and clients). Sometimes candy is good for eating, sometimes it’s good for taking pictures. This was more of the latter.

  1. I absolutely believe you (more about the first part than the second, as I’ve never eaten Godiva, but I trust you on that as well)! I’ve only been doing this blogging/chocolate reviewing thing for two months, and already I have dozens more tasting notes in documents on my computer than I’ll ever get around to posting about…

    It’s a tough life raspberry

  2. Someone actually gave away Godiva?!?  Why don’t I know any people like that?

  3. I hope this is going to become a regular feature!

  4. gotta say, i massively prefer see’s to godiva!  better tasting AND cheaper - can’t go wrong.

Gigi - if you want it to be! It was kind of filler because I wasn’t going to be able to put up a proper review because my day job was kicking my butt. (Maybe I’ll try doing a week of Eat With Your Eyes - EWYE - along with the reviews - I probably have about 300.)

Hannah - oh, it’ll only get worse! I have a whole room ... a messy, messy room filled with candy.

Pam Walter - it’s crazy how much stuff she gives me! (But strangely she kept all the See’s for herself.)

Emma - I agree, I don’t know if it’s the quality of the chocolate, the freshness or the fact that See’s does enrobed chocolates instead of molded chocolates but they are different.
