I know I’m in the minority about red candy now for sure! But I really wanted to know what sort of red candy folks like.
I honestly thought that Cherry would win, but was pleased to see that Strawberry pulled it out. (I’m okay with strawberry, they’re great as a Gummi Bear flavor, after all.) I was also impressed at the strong showing that Watermelon made.
For the record, my favorite red flavor is Cinnamon.
I have no clue who these Steak Tartar folks are!
Were there any red flavors that I left out?

I picked cinamon. What is steak tarter? Tartar sauce that you dip shrimp in?
Jonathan, Steak Tarter is raw ground or minced high quality steak—usually fillet mignon or top sirloin—mixed with egg yolk and Worcestershire sauce. It’s really quite good, but it’s not exactly a candy flavor.
My favorite red is cinnamon, but I’ll admit that it’s followed quickly by cherry. I agree with Karen, there should be more cranberry flavored candy. Didn’t Ocean Spray make some kind of fruit gems or something like that at one point?

Well, due to the antioxidant craze and their seasonal limit, pomegranate is a popular flavor. To me, who adores pomegranates more than anything in the world, it’s horrible to see all these tantalizing pictures and taste all this crap. I SWEAR pomegranate ice cream tastes like a mixture of sugar, strawberries, and the white parts of pomegranate seeds (not the pulp or juice.) But anyway, that’s a flavor.
