If you’re on Tumblr, you might want to pop Candy Blog on your follow list. It’s just candy photos, posted a couple times a day. Think of it like a visual reminder of new reviews and a few revisits to the archive.
You can also browse the archives for some tasty views:
You can also find Candy Blog on Twitter, Facebook, Flickr and Google +. But I spend most of my time developing the content here. Thanks for reading!
Heads up about tags: you can, and should, use spaces in tags on Tumblr. Unlike Twitter, multi-word tags that are scrunched into one word aren’t used much on Tumblr and won’t help much in promoting posts.
I actually already follow candy blog on tumblr. I’m more then happy to promote it.
But I think a good idea to promote the blog is to take a small chunk of the reviews and post them with the pics. Then link them over to the full reviews.
Synonomous - thanks for the tips on tags!
Dawn - I’ll see about doing that. I like all these other platforms, but the more time I spend creating content on them, the less time I have for creating new stuff here, so it’s a balancing act. Right now I just do the photo, name of the item & a link.
