I like good quality chocolate of any kind, but dark is my favorite, 70% or more. And that’s kind of odd because normally I am really sensitive to bitter foods. I think it’s probably because I get a noticeable buzz from the theobromine. Dark chocolate and espresso is pretty much the best: theobromine + caffeine makes me pretty happy. Caffeine alone I don’t always react well to, but the combination is great. I just wish I could get guarana soda (guarana contains caffeine, theobromine and theophylline, also related) in the US that isn’t in the form of an overpriced energy drink. Dark chocolate and chili is also wonderful, my favorites are Dagoba Xocolatl and Vosges Red Fire Bar.
