pirate coins deadly?

i heard a roomer that pirate coin wrappers have a poison in them…do you think this crazy roomer is true?

Sherwood brand “pirate” themed chocolate coins distributed in Canada were recalled due to melamine contamination.

They weren’t sold in the US and very few were actually sold in stores before the recall.

If you’re concerned about your chocolate, don’t buy any products made in China that contain milk products. They still seem to be working out the supplies.

Even though I’m a bit late on this one, but there was a recall of chocolate Pirate Coins because of a dietary poison.

I found another source that let me to Canada’s recall. I live in the US. I didn’t find anything candy wise that was recalled recently. Though there were a few candies recalled because of mislabeling.
