Just because they’re not a member of BBB doesn’t make them bad. As long as there aren’t unresolved complaints listed there. So finding no record at all, in this case, is a good thing.

I have heard from two other candy blog readers who have had positive experiences with them and no one who has alerted me to issues.
I looked over their site, they list real addresses, a phone number and email contacts. There are even photos and real names of the staff.
Also, always use a credit card (not a debit card or checks) so if you ever have any issues there is an extra layer or security where you can do a chargeback.
