I found these at Walmart the other day. They’re okay, but the chocolate to pretzel ratio isn’t what I expected. It only has a very thin layer of chocolate. The pretzel is pretty much all you can taste along with the candy shell. I think if they had used a thicker coating of chocolate it would have tasted better.
I love the packaging however, and the fact that the cute little Orange M&M gets to represent a line of M&M’s finally. Since I collect M&M stuff, including packs of different M&M’s this one will look great in that collection!
Thank you for the link. I agree with gracecarriveau, having the Orange M&M on the package is pretty cool, I failed to notice that in my review. Normally the red and green M&Ms; get all the attention.
I got these at Wal-Mart on Friday. I was at the Checkout line and was totally suprised to see them (I didn’t even know they were coming out). I’m a bit sweet and salty fan, but these didn’t do it for me, the pretzel is a good size, but the chocolate was so tasteless and blandly sweet. If they had been covered in a thicker dark chocolate, these could have been great.
I got them at WalMart too and I liked the chocolate and candy coating, but the pretzel was not pretzel-y enough for me. They’re clearly going for the sweet and salty thing, which is brilliant, however these need more pretzel flavor.
And as for the crispy m & ms…those are the best! Why do companies stop making yummy things. Bring back the crispy m & ms!
Meticulously photographed and documented reviews of candy from around the world. And the occasional other sweet adventures. Open your mouth, expand your mind.

Oh my god that’s the best news I’ve heard all day! Want.
Awesome!!! I can’t wait to try them.
Cybele, do you recall a cookie-center M&M variety? I bought a bag once several years ago and loved them, but never saw them again!

Johnathan, I remember the M&Ms; you’re talking about! They came in a blue bag and were called M&Ms; crispy, I’m pretty sure. I loved them.
