Eat with your Eyes: Gail Ambrosius

Gail Ambrosious

I liked this photo because I felt like the chocolate had some personality. There’s a swirl on top, but it’s turned away, like the chocolate is being coy. Or perhaps I snuck up on it and took this photo.

This is from Gail Ambrosius, which I’ll get around to reviewing for the holidays.

  1. I just visited her store last week and have been savoring each and every one.

  2. It looks like a woman looking away from you while her head looking over her shoulder and going, “Hmph!”

  3. Mmmm ... could definitely use that truffle w/this second cup of coffee. Wonder if it would give me a (chocolate usually does) migraine?

  4. Great Picture! (as always)

I hope you liked the ones you tried as much as I liked mine.
